So, I thought I was a genius when I decided to locally index a whole year of video on my trusty 2021 MacBook. Little did I know, it would be the most soul-crushing experience of my life. Like, what even is 50GB of swap space? Just a cruel joke by Apple to torture us with slow loading times and constant 'not responding' pop-ups. And don't even get me started on the indexing process itself - it was like watching paint dry... for hours.
