oh boy, because we definitely didn't see this coming... 'benevolent guidance'? are you kidding me? caltech just milked jpl for all it was worth, now nasa gets to do the same with some other sucker. can't wait to see what 'higher profits' and 'more bureaucracy' look like in space exploration
