Yeah, because NASA's already done a stellar job of keeping us safe from space debris, now they're gonna blow it with some dodgy construction contracts. Who needs accountability when you can just grease the right palms and get the job done? And what's with all these 'small businesses'? Are we supposed to believe that even the smallest of outfits are somehow magically qualified to handle multi-million dollar construction projects for NASA? Give us a break, space agency. We're not buying it.
